I ordered the flowers at 7 am for the same day in new Rochelle. My wife got them the next day. I called and emailed etc. no one got back. She left work at 4. It was noted to have them by 2 latest. But no one answers the phone there or returns emails or messages. Answer the phone???
Anyways. It ruined my surprise for her.
Please be advised that your delivery person did not ring the doorbell nor knock when the flowers were delivered! Luckily, the neighbor notified the recipient of the delivery hours later. I am grateful that the flowers were finally received but don’t believe I would ever use this florist again- the picture of the flowers delivered didn’t look anything like the flowers ordered and didn’t look like a $90 bouquet but rather a $50 bouquet.
